Brief Answer:
Very unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I do understand your concerns. I have even gone through the attached reports from your other query. The report does not suggest cancer.

Size of lymph node is not the criteria alone. We have to look at the patient as a whole and also the characteristics of lymph node. Here the characteristics favour benign enlargement. I have seen many patients with 10-12 mm lymph nodes who are perfectly well.

Hence I don't feel this is cancer.

Hope this helps.
Regards

Brief Answer:
I saw the report

Detailed Answer:
I found it from your previous query.

If it was cancer, should have been full blown by this time. Blood work also would have shown something at least.

For peace of mind you should see an ENT. That should provide the much needed reassurance.

Is this something you would get checked out or should I have had some signs if this was cancer and been there since January .My blood work was also all good! Would that show something? Were you able to see my actual report? I didn't see it posted. You would not be concern with this?

Only problem I have is big tonsils.. 1 bigger and a growth on side of tonsil.. But nothing else. I have tonsillitis this month and a cold a couple months ago but that was it.. You can see the growth on ny pictures. I went to ent he put scope down my mouth but didn't see anything. But he did not know about the enlarged lymph node because it was so long ago and my doctor didn't make it a big deal so I didn't remember.. My blood work from a couple days ago was all normal my bun was low at 6 supposed to be 7 and my glu was high at 103. Would something show in blood work if it was some kind of cancer? Or would I feel a certain way? Can they be that big and be normal? You are very helpful thank you

Brief Answer:
Tonsillitis most likely

Detailed Answer:
If they were that big then would have been apparent to the ENT doctor. However, I could not see the picture. If you can then please upload it to this query. Blood tests should show up something, especially if disease is untreated for so long. This bun and glucose does not suggest anything serious

I mean could the lymph node that big.. Mine is 11 mm in short axis and 9 mm in short axis. Does that seem like cancer? And what does normal pathology mean? In other words do you see anything at all in this mri report that could mean cancer?

Brief Answer:
No suggestion of cancer

Detailed Answer:
size is fine, seen in healthy individuals also. Normal pathology means mri wise they look like normal lymph glandsBrief Answer:
The same thing

Detailed Answer:
morphology means appearance. pathology means disease process. so normal pathology is misnomer. it should be normal morphology
