What Are The Treatment Available For Diabetic Neuropathy?

There are two things that work for Diabetic Neuropathy. One are medications which include Pregabalin, Gabapentin, Duloxetine etc. We also sometimes use nitrate spray or local capscacin application in severe cases.
Apart from oral medication the only other procedure that is found useful according to the new guidelines by American Association of Neurologists is use of percutenous electrical nerve stimulation (PENS). PENS is something which is clinical proven to be useful in painful diabetic neuropathy.
There are other therapy like TENS etc which are used by no evidence for its efficacy exits.
Above all this a good sugar control is something that is very helpful on a long run and a good glycemic control will also lead to reduction of your symptoms
Hope this is helpful to you.
With warm regards
