first she have throat pain after that ear pain started now..is this have any relation to cardiac problem

now she is taking all these above mentioned tablets. will you please prescribe a medicine for ear ache which doesn't effect her health condition(I have explained her health condition above in medicine tried) .

1. The safest medicine for her earache will be giving ear drops. There is OTOGESIC ear drops available at pharmacy and you can put 5 drops in the ear every 3 to 5 hours. This will reduce pain and cure any mild infection. If earache does not improve after giving this medicine then please consult ENT specialist.
