I am 44 year old and I have a problem since last two weeks , during sex when I discharge sperm that time paiñ started in my head. Plz suggest me what should I do.

It is quite common . It is called post orgasmic headache. The cause is sinificantly increased blood supply to brain during sexual activity and orgasm. Some times typical migraine attack may be induced. You can get EEG and CT brain to rule out organic pathology.
