Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Suddenly feeling sweating, palpitation and rise in blood pressure without any cardiac or lung disorder, with no history of smoking, alcohol or drugs points towards anxiety disorder.
To help this problem you can take a few measures-
1.Check your caffeine intake-Avoid drinking too much tea, coffee or cola.
2.Avoid alcohol and cigarette smoking.
3.Try physical exercise like aerobic exercises daily for twenty minutes.
4.Avoid your worries and problems or solve them with the help of your family and friends.
5. Learn controlled breathing.
6. Do simple relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation, etc.
You can also discuss the problem with your GP who will help you in choosing a good antianxiety drug with low day time sedation.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to irregular sleep pattern.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The crazy sleep schedule can be responsible for the weakness and loss of energy. A regular sleep pattern will help in feeling more fresh.
Most likely causes for fatigue in you may be due to overwork and lack of sleep.
Boredom, anxiety and depression also cause fatigue.
Apart from these ,lack of iron,calcium,B12,FOLIC ACID and hypothyroidism may also result in fatigue.
I advise you to-
Try taking out some time to do yoga
Plenty of water
Take calcium, iron and B complex vitamins for few weeks
Get your hemoglobin and hypothyroidism checked up
Do deep breathing daily for five minutes before you go to sleep.
Hope my answer is helpful.
