Question: hi i am a 27 year old women. last month around 22nd i had a smal bump in the right labia majora. an MBBS friend told me that it may be a labial sebaceous cyst or a chronic infection. she gave me course of cotrimoxazole (bactrim ds) antibitioc and sodium fusidate ointment. the bump though reduced in size, but it was no gone. it did not irritate or pain but some times the area around it used to itch. i tried hot compress and after 1-2 weeks a small white tip came up which upon pressing gave out white powdery substance at first and white odourless liquid later on. by doing this the bump is 90% gone but it feels to the hand while wiping. what happened after giving white compress was that skin began to come off from the area and almost all of the vagina. now my vagina has become very dry. there is no lubrication (im supposed to ovulate now) and the discharge watever negligible i get has a curdled consistency with no smell and is very less. another fact is that i got my urine culture reports which show more than 1lakh e.coli cfu but i dont have any burning or irritation while peeing or have any fever. i am reallya t wits end as to what to do. the left labia minora itches sometimes and the dryness feels extremely uncomfortable. i am a virgin and do msturbte at times

The itch us not near the cyst or where it occurred. It is near the labia minora. Do I have any yeast infection?
