size of the knot is size of a nickel to quarter.
little pain but tender.
I'm hypothyroidism.
took the 81mg just in case this morning.

Please write the long-form of HA. I take this as heart attack. One does not get heart attack with lump formation; yet it is better to have EKG even if there is a slight suspicion.
81 mg of Aspirin will have anti-platelet action. your might have taken 325 or of such a strength. Hence you may take 2 more tablets to call-off the anti-platelet effect and also take a PPI like Omeprazole to avoid acidity related problems.
Please discuss this point with your Doctor before you take any steps.
It is better to take other Anti-inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
Consult your Doctor for clinical examination to determine the possibility, have an ultrasound to confirm and get started an appropriate medications.
