From the history given it seems that you have abrasions on the head of penis following an aggressive sexual act. Assuming that there is no bleeding you may apply antibiotic creams such as Neosporin or Mupirocin twice daily and take Multivitamins with zinc supplementation (like Zevit capsules) which will promote healing.
