Brief Answer:
Muscle twitches

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern.

The phenomenon that you describe, as long as it is regular, and focused into one spot in your body, it most likely seems like within-rib muscles twitch. Muscle twitches are involuntary contractions of a single or more muscles of a certain body area, which may come and go in a regular fashion, but they are not of any clinical significance. Kindly, I would recommend you to make sure your food portions are regular and that you stay well hydrated. This is because, and this is only to encompass all the possibilities, because of slight dehydration and/or lack of calcium in your diet, an electrolyte that is vastly found in milk and its derivatives like yoghurt, cheese etc.

I hope my answer is helpful. If you have follow-up questions, I would be happy to help.

Best regards,
Dr. Meriton
