default
Posted on Sat, 7 Oct 2017
Question: I have 2 ovarian cysts on my left ovary sized around 3.5 and 4 cms. And one more cyst adjacent to left ovary sized 5 cms. Doctor diagnosed it as endometriosis.

I was recently diagnosed for cervix erosion also. I have terrible pain in middle of my stomach around navel. It happens as cramps and goes in sometime and i feel extremely lethargic these days. Please suggest what could be the reason for the same.

Brief Answer:
It could be due to disease process and hormonal changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
These symptoms are most likely due to hormonal changes caused by your problem.
Due to pain and estrogen abundance you feel fatigue, so try to eat healthy and nutritious diet.
Lifestyle changes are also effective in your case.
But if pain is severe( not tolerable) and feeling fatigue continuous, you should get your pelvic ultrasound to rule out rupture ovarian cyst.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards
