What Causes Abdominal Pain And Lack Of Bowel Movement?

Are tou in pain? Is you tummy distended?
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty going to stool. If you are not in pain and the tummy is not swollen, I will recommend you stay calm and monitor. I will only get concerned now if there is pain and the tummy is swollen. Stool comes from what we eat. If you eat much vegetables, fibers, etc. that cannot be digested, then you would have enough stool to elicit the reflex to visit the toilet. If your meal ha not been rich in fibers, vegetables, etc. but processed and well refined food, there would be very little left undigested and you would be unable to go to the stool.
For now, I recommend fruits, vegetables, enough water, regular exercise at least 40mins/day on most days and increased fiber intake.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I will suggest you visit the hospital for evaluation!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
With pain and having been on senokot for several days, I will suggest that you get this evaluated and managed. Diet would not provide immediate relief. I would like to know if you have ever had a screening colonoscopy before. If not, I will recommend one at this time.
I hope to hear from you and wish you well.
