What Causes Abdominal Pain, Tiredness And Nausea After Dislocation Of Mirena?

Question: My Mirena came out last night. I have been having an unexplained pain inside in the back area and then I discovered it came out. I'm feeling very nauseated and tired. Is this an emergency? Should I go to the ER or wait and contact my doctor?
Brief Answer:
Wait and contact the doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Unless the pain is excruciating you can avoid ER to wait and contact your doctor. If the pain is moderate to severe with bleeding then you should go to ER.
For the mild pain you can take any over the counter analgesic as your Ibuprofen, to continue it. Heat pads can help during this time.
