Brief Answer:
Most probably strain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Your history is self-explanatory. You are getting sore on playing softball, golf and comes back every time you play.
The sore area is tender to touch.
The abdomen is composed layers of muscles which work in coherence with each other for the unlimited scope of movements, a part of it could have gone into spasm and swelling while playing. Repeated strain on it due to playing continues the sprain repeated and gives you symptoms.
This looks to be strain.
Ulcers do not give symptoms like this.
I hope this answer helps for your query.

What do you think i should do for treatment
Brief Answer:
Rest to the part
Detailed Answer:
The sore come back every time you play.
To follow the principles of healing:
Stop playing and getting involved into any activity that you have noticed to increase the strain on the healing muscles. Otherwise the area may go into a condition called repetitive stress in jury syndrome (RSI). It may take about 3 weeks of 'rest' for the healing.
Body itself is the best healer. Anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen (or anything which suits you) just aid in reducing the swelling and pain.
I hope this helps you.
