Question: My wife has urge to urinate but nothing happens.She was tested for ut infection,none was detected.She is fine at times.

I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

This feeling its present sometimes in women post menopause, due to the dryness (as so easy irritation) of the urinary ways.
Sometimes just drinking plenty of fluids its enough.
Sometimes applying a lubrification gel helps and its enough.
If these are not enough, its tried anyway treatment it the same as a urinary tract infection, with antibiotics.
