More detail.
1. No pain. I was not aware of my swollen ankle until it was a bit difficult to put on my left shoe.
2. Swelling is about the same . . some slight reduction.
3. No added warmth or skin discoloration.
I should have mentioned earlier. I have been working at my small garden plot, carrying some supplies, and using some muscles that have been relaxed all winter. So I have been taking one Aleve in the morning and one at night to easy the soreness for over a week. I had substituted the Aleve for the low dose aspirin.

Brief Answer:
This swelling is due to overwork
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
I think you are right in thinking that this is due to your work and stress only. It can be a first grade ankle sprain injury. I do not think that you should be too much anxious about it.
Since there is no warmth or discoloration that means that it is in healing stage. I would suggest you to avoid prolong standing or walking. When you are sleeping keep your ankle elevated over pillow. Hot water fomentation will also help you.Aleve can be taken if you feel any pain.
Let me know if you want to ask you any thing else. Thanks and take care.
