What Causes Back Pain And Brownish Urine?
Not to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your mother is medically an interesting case and can be discussed formore than an hour provided most if the reports are available to us
Back ache doesn't mean that there is a kidney problem. absence if back ache deist rule out the presence of kidney problem. brown urine suggests there is either blood or the blood ligament in the urine. As you stated that there is no blood in the urine , it's possible that she has blood pigment which gives brown color but absent blood in urine test. it is calked hemolysis where in bred blood cells breakdown to produce sudden fall in hemiglibin leading to severe body spins including back ache, brine utine and a cardiac arrest due to increased potassium . what was hemoglibin at that time??
Obstruction to the urinary tract also can produce back ache but not a brown urine without blood in urine and can not be correlated with sudden cardiac arrest unless there is abnormal creatinine with sudden rise in potassium. what was the creatinine and potassium just prior to the cardiac arrest .
Was she suffering from any fever. , body aches , cough with expectoration , difficulty in passing urine etc prior to thus episode?
Some of the drugs can produce brown urine and can lead to cardiac problems . was she on any such drugs before?
Can you provide us with find of the reports available as many conclusions can not be given unless several conditions are ruled out one after another through history, examination and investigations fine methodically.
Waiting for your response,
Hi
