Question: lately, I feel off-balance, disconnected like and when I do I end up with anxiety attack. I take 20 m of celexa once a day. I feel like I have fluid in my ears and my aestation tube, left side blows bubbles, liquid plus like fluid. It's most noticeable in the a.m. and if I am driving fast on highway

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with these complaints,I would have told you that these complaints appear to be more of psychosomatic in nature.Still,ENT examination should be done to rule out any organic pathology.Please get yourself examined by an ENT specialist for the same.

Further,Depression and Anxiety can both result in such symptoms.So,if the ENT opinion comes up clear,your psychiatrist will be the one who can manage this well.
