Brief Answer:
DO ONE HOME PREGNANCY TEST AT THE EARLIEST.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

According to your last period date (10/05/14), you did first unprotected sex close to your ovulation (occurs 14 days prior to due date) or fertile day. Though, semen was not deposited inside vagina, withdrawal method has high failure rate (15-27%) and your chance of pregnancy is QUITE there.

In second sexual encounter (18/05/14), you took unwanted 72 within 6 hrs of unprotected sex. It gives more than 95% protection.

CONCLUSION: You must undergo one home pregnancy test at the earliest to rule out possible conception. Next management can be done only after test result.

Brief Answer:
DO ONE PELVIC USG SCAN.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up query.

If pregnancy test is NEGATIVE, then I suggest to undergo one pelvic ultrasound scan to rule out pelvic pathology (like cervical polyp etc). Other causes could be hormonal imbalance, mental stress, pelvic infection etc.

You should consult with your gynecologist following test report. Until then, you must maintain your genital hygiene.

Hope, it helps for you. Kindly, close the discussion if you have no other query.

Good luck and all the best.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
