Brief Answer:
Might be due to gum inflammation or Gingivitis..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bleeding from gums, when you do not have any history of taking any medication as well as you do not have any medical problem, is most commonly due to infection and inflammation of gums leading to Gingivitis..

There can be deposits over the gums and it can lead to accumulation of bacteria over the gums causing infection and inflammation..
As an inflamed tissue tend to bleed on slight stimulation, therefore gums also tend to bleed when they are inflamed..

Blood in stools can be due to causes like hemorrhoids or piles, anal fissures or other causes that can cause bleeding from the digestive tract..

It does not seems to be related with gum bleeding and for blood in stools consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated..
You can be advised investigations like Colonoscopy to rule out the cause of bleeding and treatment can be done accordingly..

For bleeding from gums I would like to know a few more detains before I can advise you further treatment..
1.Is there any swelling or pain in gums also present along with bleeding?
2.Do you also have itchy feeling in gums?
3.Doe the gums appear red and sensitive to hot and cold foods?

Kindly answer the following questions so that I can guide you further..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.

I do not have any swelling in gums. But if some food is stuck between the teeth then there is swelling and pain. There is no itchy feeling. I have sensitive feeling if I take cold drinks. I have one cavity. When I examine closely I can see that the gum attached closely to teeth is moving.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be Gingivitis, needs scaling and antibiotics..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again.
Thanks for the quick reply..

As per you reply it seems that you have inflammation in gums and it is leading to bleeding from the gums and sensitivity..

Nothing to worry as it will get resolved with proper treatment, care and maintenance.
You need to consult a Dentist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough Scaling [cleaning] of the gums and advise you a course of antibiotics..
You can also be advised to massage the gums with antiseptic oral ointments and doantiseptic mouthwash gargles..
Do warm saline gargles..
You should also ask your dentist to demonstrate proper brushing technique so that you can maintain a proper oral hygiene..

Wishing you a good health..

Thanks and regards..
