hello rakesh
bleeding gums may be due to various factors such as poor
oral hygiene,nutritinal deficiency etc etc
swelling of gums i.e. hypertrophy of gingiva is also indicative of diabetes
bone loss (mobile teeth )may be indicative of of
high blood pressure with common occurance in those who take nefidipine as antihypertensive drugs
in your case the bleeding from gums is probably due to
gingivitis which is due to poor oral hygiene and since its been for a long time hence bone loss and convergance of gingivitis into periodontitis
so what i would suggest is that you pay a visit to your
dentist and get a thorough scaling and root planing done if bone loss is minor or if the tooth is in grade 2 mobility than surgical approach may be required
in the meantime do following to maintain good oral hygiene
1.lukewarm saline rinses for 4-6 times daily particulary after meal
2.alcohol free mouthwash after breakfast
3.dont forget to brush your teeth before going to bed after dinner
4.use an antiseptic gum astringent like oracep or hiora after every rinse.TAKE a drop of astringent on your clean finger and gently massage the gums
hope that helps
