I read your question and i understand your concern. Mouth ulcers also called aphthous ulcers may not be correlated with keppra ( levetiracetam ) directly , almost any seizure medicine may affect GI more or less. Supportive care is better advised. Use of anbesol , short dose of prednisone gel, some antifungal ointment and garlic water mouth rinses with avoidance of trigger diets like coffee, tea, alcohol, beverages, spicy foods, binge eating, chocolates, sweets etc may help.

I would also suggest talking to her neurologist if the mouth ulcers keep recurirng despite supportive care, they may consider some alternative antiseizure medication for relief.
