What Causes Blisters On Penis From Masturbation?
Question: I have two blisters on my penis from masturbation. I have been tested for STD and the result is negative. This was through the health department so I have not seen a doctor. I am afraid they are going to leave a scar. Is there an over the counter treatment?

The area looks a bit worse than it did because the bandage I used with the SilvaSorb caused more irritation around the blisters. The blisters also appear to have pus in the pic. They do not. That is just the skin under the blister when the top went away. There is no pus and no drainage.

After analysing the pictures thoroughly let me reassure you that the ulcers will not form the scars.
Going according to your history if negative reports for any Sexually transmitted infection I reassure you completely that the ulcers are in good healing condition and will heal properly without scarring
In your kind of cases I prefer to use Mupirocin or fiction cream for local application. I guide my patients to apply the thinnest possible amount of cream for twice daily. A guiding principle is that a pea size amount is sufficient for palm size are of skin. Therefore you can apply the cream accordingly.
A proper cleaning of the area with simple warm water is good for early healing.
Wear cotton clothes and cotton undergarments to be changed twice.
Stay in cool environment so that there should not be any irritation over the ulcer area.
An anti inflammatory drug such as ibuprofen or diclofinac or paracetamol helps in reducing inflammation as well as pain.
Stop any Sexually activities including masturbation till complete healing (around 2 weeks ).
