Question: had diarrhea for few weeks not evey day but it got worse the last tow day feel full and have a lot of gas and feel bloted

It is not a good idea to wait with diarrhea for so long without proper treatment and diagnostics. Please note that every diarrhea which lasts longer than 48 hours should be checked with stool tests.
Your symptoms may be caused by bacteria infection or partial bowels obstruction due to inflammatory bowels disease. Bloating and cramps are characteristic for this issue.
I suggest you to consult a doctor. Stool test, stool culture test, abdominal ultrasound, abdominal x-ray, blood work should be done at first. Colonoscopy should be considered.
