What Causes Blood Around Egg, Minor Vaginal Bleeding And Cramps During Pregnancy?

Take leave For 10 days and relax at home in XXXXXXX
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.
About half of women with threatened miscarriage continue their pregnancy and deliver baby. Since her bleeding is mild let us hope for the best.
There is no clear evidence that bed rest helps women with threatened miscarriage.
As told by her doctor she should not exert herself. Coming home and postponing training is a good option as this helps you to support her better and share her worries/ stress regarding pregnancy. She can stay stress free.
Along with folic acid that she might be taking I would advise her to take vaginal progesterone to support pregnancy
I suggest that she take leave from her training and stay there for 10 days. You can join her to support her. This avoids the stress of traveling for her. She can get another ultrasound done after 10 days. What is important is that she should not suffer any sort of stress ( physical or mental) Ask her to remain positive.
I hope this helps.
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.
With best wishes,
Dr Rama

I suggest it is better to postpone training.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Noted the contents. This is a lot of exertion for her. I suggest it is better to postpone training.
If she is unwilling to postpone her training do her Quantitative SERUM Beta HCG levels two times at an interval of 48 hours. Along with the second Beta HCG do serum Progesterone test.
Increase in HCG LEVEL by atleast 66% and serum progesterone level of more than 25ng/ ml suggest that pregnancy is progressing normally. This will help her to decide to postpone her training.
Please note that if levels are below the values I mentioned then they are not 100% accurate to confirm that pregnancy is not progressing normally. In that case repeat evaluations will be necessary.
I hope this helps.
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.
With best wishes,
Dr Rama
