Question: I had blood in my semen few days ago. What could be the reason?

3) Did you have hematospermia while masturbating or having sex ?
4) Was it a single episode or occur repeatedly?
5) do you have other urinary symptoms apart from hematospermia?

Im 28 years old male.
Im single.
I had it during sex.
Yes this was the first time.
No i dont have any other symptoms.

Single episode of Hematospermia in absence of any other symptoms is mostly due to dry rough vigorous sex and is nothing to be worried about .However one needs to be watchful if repeats again and get investigated .
