Question: I noticed this morning a very little touch of blood in my urine I am a very fit and healthy guy married 37 yrs old so std's should ruled out and have no pain did suffer from a pulled muscle in my lower back on Sunday but had physio for this 2 days ago and it has eased off. I am meant to be going on holiday first thing in the morning I am away for 4 days and have not long moved to a new area so not registered with my new doctor yet what would you advise

Minor bleeding into urine that too one time is not a matter of concern . It can happen due to dehydration , physical exertion or during a viral infection.

But if it is persistent or recurrent or if it is associated with pain or burning while passing urine or if there is bleeding from any other site , then it has to be taken seriously and investigated .

For the time being nothing needs to be done , you can just relax , drink plenty of fluids and take more of Citrus fruits.
