Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
His blood sugar is poorly controlled
Breathlessness and swelling generally mean Heart Failure / the most common cause in such situation is silent heart attack
Bilirubin is elevated / One needs to check enzymes of the liver; may be other tests, including ultrasound
Numbness is likely to be from peripheral neuropathy
Weakness may be from failure or even drugs
THE BEST OPTION OS TO ADMIT HIM in a tertiary care hospital / get him fully investigated / and stabilised. Earlier the better; no treatable condition should be missed…
The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
