What Causes Breathing Problem, Joints Pain, Tiredness, Dizziness And Mental Confusion?

Question: Hello I have had a number of blood tests lately because I have a high platelet count, all of them have shown high platlet count so I have seen a haemotologist yesterday, the last blood test shown a normal platlet count, so she has told me to return to my GP, because it would indicate that there is something wrong as I have had lots of tests, but it wouldn't be something she would deal with, I am unhappy with the outcome as surely they cannot go on one test alone when apparently over the last four years my platlet count was high, which was overlooked by my surgery
I constantly feel ill all week he time, I am constantly tired with breathing problems, my joints ache, I have hearing and eyesight problems, mental confusion dizzy spell, spots and now I've developed a boil under my arm, I keep going numb down my right side and my hands and feet are cold but my body is hot constantly suffering from hot sweats, please help me and tell me what it could be because I am getting no XXXXXXX from my doctors many thanks

Brief Answer:
Reactive thrombocytosis/essential thrombocythemia
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your platelet count remains persistently increased since long time. So you may have reactive thrombocytosis or essential thrombocythemia.
Reactive thrombocytosis can be due to many reasons like infection, anemia, surgery, trauma and many others.
Essential thrombocythemia is a myeloproliferative disease.
You have already gone through many tests.
So please send me all of your reports so that I can help you without unnecessary extra investigations.
I will wait for your all reports.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
