Brief Answer:
Need pictures and more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query and please provide me more information regarding bump raised area.
Are they hard or soft?
Any color changes like redness?
Do you have pain over the large bumps?
Also provide me pictures of those bumps for better assessment because nothing can be said without clinical examination.
Thanks and regards,

They are firm. Not squishy. but not hard in my opinion.
Do not see any color changes with the bumps in general, but a few may show the color of a vein. So no - no redness.
Pain only with pressure, and then slight. Sitting still I think I feel the tightness of the skin in the area.
I can not figure out how to send or attach a picture.

A picture has just been uploaded using "Upload New Reports" on this page. IMG_0083.JPG
The color (reddish) is from the house lamp. (Incandescent bulb).
Thank you for you help.
And -- I don't know where to find my query ID.

Brief Answer:
Varicose veins should be rule out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for sending picture.
As you said the some of bumps are color of vein and from the picture,I will want to rule out varicose veins as they are dilated veins that shows up on the surface of the skin.
You can also do self test to confirm it.
Do jumping on your feet for 1 or 2 minutes if you are fit enough or I guess there is no problem doing it.
And if the bumps or swelling becomes more prominent then yes,it is likely to be a varicose veins.
For that,I would suggest you to see surgical specialist who will guide you further.
