What Causes Burning Sensation In The Left Kidney Area?

forgot to mention: no fever and no noticeable swelling of lymph nodes, no headache and no indigestion. aforementioned areas experience more pain when clothing rubs on areas.
Seems to be peripheral nerve involvement.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query. I understand your query.
* Though the symptoms you have are since 3 days only... probably the basic cause was getting built up all these days - The burning & pain sensation after rubbing with clothes in skin , with no fever, itching, rashes, digestive symptoms, without exposure to toxins-are typical symptoms \of nurogenic pain. cause can vary from peripheral nerve affection / damage due to-
- Simple B12 deficiency , vitamin D deficiency
- Viral infection ( West nile virus ) spread by mosquito bite
- Peripheral neuropathy due to long standing / uncontrolled diabetes.
- Multiple spinal lesions / disc problems causing kinking of nerves & burning with pain on touch.
- The Nerve damage can be at higher level ( brain ) in some patients.
* In this context you should meet a physician to start with.. who would after primary examination/ investigations ( Diabetic profile/ MRI scan/CBC, Serum B12 & vitamin D as per need )refer you to Neurophysician/ surgeon/ Diabetologist as per need for further investigations & specific treatment.
I hope you get desired information through the answer. Any more help you want I would be happy to help.
Thanks.
