What Causes Burning Sensation In Upper Left Chest With Tingling In Hands?

Question: About 6 days ago I felt a slight burning sensation in my left chest in my upper pec region. I felt it again on Saturday when I was lifting weights and since I feel like I have been having panic attacks. I also have been boucing the weights off of my chest and my ribs seem somewhat sore, through to my back. I Have ran 7 days in a row and done it at a high rate and never have any problems. My blood pressure is better then it ever has 124/69 just a few minutes and and my heart beat feels normal for the most part. I have had tingling in my hands while exerting myself and upon looking up sympthons on the internet I feel sometimes I breathe manually. I also am coming off of caffine and very tired. I feel as if I can hear my heartbeat when I lay down and feels uncomforthable in my chest area until I take one of my wife's Xanax's then after 30 minutes Ive calmed down.

Thank you for the quick response. I have noticed that my left shoulder which has been injuried in the past through lifting felt really weird and its sore also. The event that I actually felt the burning sensation was during masturbation, it has been something I am shy of to state to my family as when I felt the initial pain. My wife also told me that were the pectoral muscle connect to the sterum (?) it feels like it has spasmed and is tight and its like that all the way to were it connects with my humerous. When I ran just a bit ago I felt pretty much fine ( I run hard as I can for 20 seconds followed by 40 seconds of light jogging) for 20 minutes and felt hardly no discomfort. Most of my discomfort is when sitting or laying down not while active. It actually feels more like its in my shoulder blade as my wife also said its "knotted up"
