What Causes Chest Pain, High BP, Upper Teeth Pain And Brain Freezing?
My answer will be as follows
Detailed Answer:
Greetings and thank you for your question. Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern.
I can see this is a very worrying phenomenon to you. Although there are casea of atypical presentation of coronary disease-originated chest pain, no cases are reported with such association as yours. Angina is not accompanied by changing intensity during breathing cycle. In most probable cases, this happens when there is a lung tissue problem, or a disorder associated with inflicting of the pleura. Therefore, I would recommend you to undergo a plain chest X-ray, so these problems can be ruled out.
Referring to your age, and the possible risk of having coronary artery disease, a cardiac stress test would also be recommended. I cannot say to what grade is your valve faulty, but it shoukd be specified by means of the heart function and the intensity of valve disease whether valve replacement should be carried out or not. Also, these spikes of high blood pressure should be controlled, and it should be strictly kept under 140/90 mmHg, since that pain could also be caused by high blood pressure, since those figures are also accompanied by artery constriction, therefore pain may be generated.
I hope this helps. I am happy to help, if you have follow-up questions.
Kind regards,
Dr. Meriton
