Muscular spasms or Costochondritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the details.
From the details provided by you, your pain increases on moving arms. This suggests that the pain could be due to muscular spasms or Costochondritis.
Costochondritis is inflammation of the ribs end joining the sternum. It is caused due to physical trauma like any injury, strenuous coughing, heavy weight lifting. And Muscular spasm due to muscular strain or trauma.
I advise you to see an orthopedician for physical examination and treatment.
Meanwhile follow these instructions which will help in reducing your pain:
1. Analgesics like paracetamol or Ibuprofen three times a day after food. And if required muscle relaxants would be prescribed to you.
2. Continue with Hot bag fomentation along with analgesics creams or sprays like Volini gel or spray.
3. Avoid lifting heavy weights, excessive stretching, fast movements.
4. Consume plenty of water and fruit juices.
5. Have meals at regular intervals.
Hope this answers your query. If any further questions, will be happy to help.
Regards.

I was wondering why this happens only when I sleep and pain reduces when I am awake. and this pain happens in particularly on chest area.. I thank you very much for your advise above also I have requested health care team to arrange one consultation by next week if at all possible and my pain doesn't reduce by then.
Might be due to sleep position
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
It might be due to sleep position which compresses your chest or move the ribs towards each other while sleeping producing pain. So, a physical examination is required to answer your questions.
Hope this answers your questions. If no more clarifications, please close and rate this query.
Regards.
