Question: I have had mild to moderate RA for several years now. I do amazingly well. Only mild flair ups once in a while. I have been having weakness in my legs and chronic fatique a lot. This limits my activities because I can't spend a lot of time on my feet,

Hi,

Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia are commonly associated with rheumatoid arthritis. Sometimes vitamin D deficiency is also associated and may cause such fatigue and muscle pains.

So these need to be ruled out too and treated.

I hope there is no osteoarthritis of the knees causing pain in legs.

I take vitamin D and have no osteoarthritis in my knees or pain in my legs or in my knees. Thanks for your input. I will address this further with my Rheumatoligist for my next appointment to see what happens further. Thank you
