What Causes Considerable Amount Of Weight Loss While Consuming Ice And Water?
Question: I was living in Minnesota for 10 years and I drunk soda everyday and water maybe 3 to 4 times a week. I recently moved to Nv in May of 2015 and I been drinking water and eating ice 3 to 4 times a day in XXXXXXX I notice some weigh lose . I use to weigh 278 lbs and now in December I weigh 260 lbs is this normal I just turn 40 and when I squeeze my feet at the bottom it feel like I have no fluid or muscle in them.

Fluid is not expected to be felt under the feet and so I find it absolutely normal. About the muscles, had they not been there, you would not have been able to stand on your feet or walk using them. To be able to comment upon further, a proper clinical examination is required. But that is beyond the scope of this discussion. In that case you would need to visit your doctor and get it checked.
