Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,
I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.
Ear drum in the ear is the place which detects vibration and sound if this gets something touching it , like wax or something coasting it like scales coating in dermatitis then one can get buzzing or swishing sensation in ears, this in medical terms is known as tinnitus.
You have a history of dermatitis of ear canal now the intensity of buzzing is increasing it means that dermatitis is affecting your ear drum as well. May be it's coating the ear drum or it's shedding scales which are touching the ear drum.
You can do a few things which may help you.
1) Take a soft ear bud gently clean that ear may things will get better when debris is cleared.
2) Save ear from water.
3) Contact your doctor to ask for some alternate med if this is not working.
4) You might wanna revisit you E.N.T specialist to get you ear examined so that he can remove if anything is there on the eardrum under view or he can change the medicine if there is new problem inside.
This problem doesn't seem to be very alarming but if medicine is having no effect you might wanna discuss with your doctor about changing it.
Some times in case of wax , cleaning is required too, only your doctor after examination can decide if he wants to change the med clean it or add any other med.
..
I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
Regards,
