What Causes Cough And Cold Along With Wheezing?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Bronchitis most probably
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns
But it seems that you are most likely having an attack of bronchitis...
I would recommend that in addition to the cough medication you take a bronchodilator as Ventolin every 6 hours together with an anti-inflammatory as Ibuprofen tablets 200mg every 8 hours which will help relieve the pain as well... Also, you should take an antihistaminic as cetirizine 10mg once daily before going to bed. Remain well hydrated by drinking a lot of warm liquids (soups, broths etc.)...
If despite all these, your symptoms were not relieved then you might need to add an antibiotic(after a thorough check-up by your local physician).
I hope I answered your question.
Feel free to ask further.
Regards

Swallowed mucus
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, this is probably due to swallowed mucus which can cause gastric upset, you might need to add a mucolytic as Mucinex. Take light home cooked foods for the time being.
I hope you find this helpful.
