What Causes Cramps In Foot Post Early Miscarriage?
Question: I just suffered an early miscarriage. Today, I noticed my foot was cramping and this evening my legs and hips feel sore. Almost like growing pains. Could the miscarriage have caused my potassium level to be low?
Brief Answer:
No isn't possible
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
An early miscarriage can't cause foot cramps only if you had excess bleeding and you are dehydrated.
But miscarriage can't cause low potassium
Cramping and sore legs may be caused from:
1. Prolonged immobilization of your legs or simply holding a position for a prolonged period of time may result in a muscle cramp from your miscarriage
2. Low intake water in your diet
Hence add more water in your diet and make foot exercise (enough to walk 30 minutes per day).
All the best
