Brief Answer:
Please see a doctor to do an Ultrasound to rule out a blood clot
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
Please note that you may very well have a blood clot, if this pain is only in one calf especially, and you have that temperature, this may be due to a developing cellulitis of the affected leg(s) and go hand in hand with a blood clot, in any event at your age, a temperature of 102.7 is not to be ignored.
I hope this helps. Good luck
