What Causes Cramps With Backache And Cloudy Urine?

Question: Starting in XXXXXXX 2012, I began to hv severe cramps, backache and a foul odor with cloudy urine and a smell of sulfur. I went to every Dr. I could and got the same answer..unknown. In XXXXXXX 2013 I had a total hysterectomy, which also did not relieve the problem. Was given the "Queens of ABX" and still no response. In XXXXXXX of 2014, I found a Dr. (after an excruciating exam) the dx the problem as VVS. Was given a compound of 0.25 Estradiol, 50mg/ml of Lidocaine and Baclofen 5 to be inserted into the vestibule tid. Still no relief. I can't stand it, the pain or odor. There is no sexual activity. The original Dr. was given a prestigous postion at Brigham and Womens Hospital in BOS. The current Dr. did trigger point injections which increased the pain! Not what I needed as I hv intractable pain as it is. Please help me. Lorraine

Need some more details
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Sorry for the delay in my response,
Pudendal block is a last resort for pain in that area. if the block hasn't worked it means that the pain you have could e referred (problem existing somewhere else nearby and pain being referred due to overlapping of dermatomes ).
Please explain where exactly you experience the pain?
Is it continuous or intermittent ?
Does an antiinflammatory medication provide some relief ?
Do you have an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, if yes, please attach it here.
