Thanks for query.

Degenerative changes at l4l5 and nerve root compression at l5 suggests compressive radiculpathy.
This may be related to trauma to the back or osteoporosis.

Calcium supplementation,NSAIDs can help if you have pain.

At last you can go for nerve root block or spine surgery for intractable pain.
