However I have losted a lot of sensations in the tip of my penis and all in the testicles. I truly feel like there is more going on here and I would really like to figure this out. I am wondering that with the varicocele as if this does get to a point that the teatciles fail is that the end of my sex life? Also I have pain etc in the penis as well.

Brief Answer:
Treatment of varicocele needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

I have gone through the discussion which you had earlier with one of my colleague doctor here through this site.

Your Testosterone and FSH levels are normal and you have bilateral varicocele.

Now, you have decreased penile and testicular sensations.

I would like to discuss some facts here to help you understand this:

Varicocele can affect fertility but very few cases. There is no clear evidence in literature that it is a definite cause of infertility.

Decreased penile sensations can be due to illness like diabetes, penile trauma, excessive cycling, use of some drugs. If these causes are ruled out, anxiety can also cause this (psychological).

The pain in testicles can be due to the heaviness due to varicocele.

In my opinion, treatment of varicocele should help you great deal. Here I would also like to mention that varicocele per se, is unlikely to cause decreased penile sensations or difficulty in performing sexual activity.

With the details you have provided, I don't find any other reason to worry for you.
Kindly discuss this with your local doctor.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to discuss further.
Thanks.
