Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Today is 2 nd April only, so you can wait for the periods for 3-5 days more since your urine pregnancy test is negative.
To induce the periods, you can take meprate once a day for 5 days.
Periods will occur within 5-7 days of stopping the drug.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
