Brief Answer:
You have vaginal atrophy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

Sorry for the delay, I had a tight schedule.

After going through, I believe that you have vaginal atrophy and the orifice have become smaller in diameter (due to age and menopause).

I usually treat my patients with estrogen cream and serial vaginal dilatation by vaginal dilators.

You start with the smallest dilator and then keep inserting bigger ones till your vaginal opening has broaden enough.

This process will take time ( 2-3 months ) minimum.

If you want results quickly then you can get a FENTONS Operation done. A surgeon will cut and make your vaginal opening broad enough for easy entry.

Unfortunately apart from this there are no other treatments or medicines.

Regards,

Dr. Som MD
