Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting on HCM and I can understand your concern regarding the skin condition.
From your description it seems like you might be having some fungal skin infection (Pityriasis versicolor or Tinea corporis) but it is difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
Thus, I would insist you to post some good clinical pictures so that I can guide you in a better way. You can mail pictures to YYYY@YYYY with the subject titlled 'ATTN Dr Hardik Pitroda'
Once I will review the pictures I will revert with the proper management plan for you.
Thanks

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Topical betamethasone, Sunscreen lotion
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the pictures.
It actually looks like dermatitis due to sun exposure- Photodermatitis.
I would suggest you to use betamethasone cream twice a day over lesions for atleast 2-3 weeks( Diprovate cream/lotion)
Also take oral antioxidants capsules like Antoxid HC once in morning for few months as it will prevent further damage from sun.
Use broad spectrum high SPF sunscreen everytime before going out in sun on regular basis.
I am sure you will be fine soon.
Let me know about your condition after 2 weeks.
Thanks
