Brief Answer:
as explained in details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/28 - discomfort in right groin - comes and goes - no tenderness - no abnormality in scrotum - mild pain in scrotum tubes - groin exercises some days ...

Please give some additional information:
- Since when have you got this problem?
- Any urinary symptoms like burning, frequency or so?
- Married or unmarried / sexually active or not?

The mild pain on pressure of the scrotum tubes indicate there may be a mild infection of the tubes and this may be related to the urinary tract infection. Or can be varicose veins.
I would advise you the following:
- Send the urine for tests of routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
- Tests of blood and stool.
- Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen and scrotum also with color doppler mode.
- Clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon or Urologist.

All these things will help to get you the correct diagnosis and a plan for proper treatment.

Brief Answer:
Actual physical examination and color doppler with ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Noted the additional history and the findings of the investigations that you have mentioned.
Please get an appointment for a General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical evaluation, actual examination as explained above and assistance of ultrasound to get the correct diagnosis and treatment.
CT scan may miss a few things that ultrasound and color doppler in particular find,
like the swelling of the cord can be best studies by palpation by a Surgeon and blood flow studies by color doppler.
I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to ask for any further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
