What Causes Discomfort While Urinating?

Question: my 2.5 year kid boy, is having problem while urinating, after 1-2 hours of not urinating he cries badly while urinating and after that he urinate normally, again if he sleeps and or play for 1-2 hrs and urinate then again he cry, his urine speed is normal

Relax,there is nothing to worry .
As I can see urine report is normal and also baby is active.
Discomfort before urinating is sometimes seen in young child due to filling pressure of bladder.
I suggest you to increase his fluid intake.
Give coconut water,lemonade,glucose water,fresh fruit juice,curd.
Avoid all kind of junk food items.
Observe him for couple of days and on case symptoms persist get him evaluated by pediatrician.
