Question: I feel dizzy and a bit cold clammy like i'm going to pass out and nauseas too feel like i want to throw up my mouth is kinda dry also

Well I started drinking water and the symptoms slowly started going away, I do believe it was dehydration. i feel better now but am still a bit lightheaded. What would cause me to be extremely weak though now and exhausted after all that?
