I'm dizzy even when I don't take anything. One of my first symptoms is pressure and dizziness. I actually try not to take any medication because it makes me feel tired and a little sick. I take it when nothing else is helping with the pressure and the dizziness.
My regime is nasal rinse, nasacort, steam and warm compresses and it still lasts a long time.
Am I doing the most I can do. Should I use a steam humidifier or air purifier or both.
I'm told I'm allergic to mold and pollen and a number of trees except pines. What is the best preventative to these sinus conditions

Brief Answer:
Yes, you can try both of them.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Best treatment for allergy is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
Since you know the allergens, you should avoid them completely.
So wear face mask when you are outside.
Yes, you can try both steam humidifier and air purifier both for better prevention of allergen exposure.
You can take fexofenadine. It is newer antihistamine which lacks sedation, giddiness, dizziness and other side effects of H2 blocker.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
