Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

Suck problem can happen with people in normal circumstances, seeing double, getting a black out, feeling dizzy, it is not to be taken as a red flag sign if this happens for once. It might be your lack of sleep, some dehydration , low blood pressure , Ambiem or other drug might have acted differently that day ,or any other minor reason.

But if this happens again then it is important that you consult your doctor. Usually if this happens for a short interval it is not an eye related issue there is usually something in the back ground, possible reasons I have already discussed with you.

All this being said in my opinion there is no need to worry at the moment if this has happened just once but if this gets repeated you need to get a checkup as soon as possible.
